DOROTHY'S LIFE STORY: Dorothy Mae Harris was born to Adolphus Fields and Dorothy Jean Harris on January 19, 1964. Dorothy confessed her life to Christ at an early age and joined Palestine Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir. She was preceded in death by her son, James Harris; and a brother, Franklin Harris. Dorothy leaves to cherish her precious memories, her loving and devoted mother, Dorothy Jean Harris, Sawyerville, Alabama; her father, Adolphus (Shirley) Fields, Sr., New York, New York; one son, William Harris, Boston, Massachusetts; four brothers, Alexander Harris, Conyers, Georgia, Adolphus Fields, Jr., New York, Lucious Young, Eutaw, Alabama and Michael Burrell, Tuscaloosa, Alabama; three sisters, Gloria Doss, Sawyerville, Alabama, Latosha Fields, New York, New York and Elizabeth Hill, Dallas, Texas; four grandchildren, JaQuinton Bension, Portsmouth, Virginia, William, James and Savannah all of Boston, Massachusetts; one nephew, Franklin Donta Harris, Berea, Ohio; a devoted niece, Jasmine Harris, Greensboro, Alabama; one Goddaughter, Raven Williams, Sawyerville, Alabama; five uncles, ten aunts; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
