LULA'S LIFE STORY: “And God shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, and there shall be no more pain, for the former things are passed away.” -Revelation 21:4 Ms. Lula Bonner was born December 18, 1939 in , Alabama to the late Willie and Hixie Parker. Lula confessed Christ at an early age and joined Jackson Chapel United Methodist Church. She departed this earthly life on September 14, 2024 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Arthur Lee Parker, Lofton Parker and George Parker; and a sister, Rubenia Lewis. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her children, Jennifer and Roger Bonner of Birmingham, Alabama; a sister, Carrie Williams; a brother, James Parker; a sister-in-law, Mary Alice Parker; a special friend, Wyiona White; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friend.
