NANCY'S LIFE STORY: Sister Nancy Delois Anderson was born in Sawyerville, Alabama on November 8, 1973, to the late Bro. Robert Fields and Sister Molly Thomas. She confessed Christ and joined New Jerusalem Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. J. L. Anderson Sr, where she was a faithful member until her health failed. She was a member of the Little Bethel Chapter #797 Order of the Eastern Star. Sister Anderson departed this life on February 21, 2025, at DCH in Tuscaloosa, Al. Nancy leaves to cherish her memories: devoted husband, Johnny Anderson, Jr.; three children, Talia Thomas, Nashville, Tennessee, LaNeal Thomas, Richmond, Virginia and Desmond Anderson, Marietta, Georgia; three grandchildren, Destiny Thomas, Aniyah Thomas, and LaNeal Thomas, Jr.; nine sisters, Catherine Thomas, Jackie (Elvis) Fields, Annie Thomas, Mary Hoskins, Belinda (Ricky) Lee of Sawyerville, Alabama, Latrishia Small, Suzanna White, Katrina Buckhana of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Erica (Marcus) Blackmon of Moundville, Alabama; five brothers, Amos Thomas of Greensboro, Alabama, Henry (Theresa) Thomas of Memphis, Tennessee, Donell (Tracy) Benson, Eric Benson of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Kelvin Benson of Akron, Alabama; a special great niece, Jamya Thomas; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
