Rekeisha was born November 19, 1984 in Columbus, GA to Raymond and Revona Tinker.
She confessed Christ at an early age and joined New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully as an Advisor to the Sunbeam Red Circle and on the Decorating committee.
She was a graduate of Greensboro Public West, Class of 2003. She was in the first graduating class of Toni Love’s Training Center, Moundville, AL where she receives her Barber and Cosmetologist licenses. She was the owner and operator of Blessed Hands Beauty Salon, Sawyerville, AL.
She departed this life on Friday, September 6, 2024 at the Hale County Hospital, Greensboro, AL.
She leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories, a husband of sixteen years, Kelvin D. Miles, Sawyerville, AL, two daughters, Kenlei and Kaylei Miles, Sawyerville, AL; four sisters, ReQuita Waller, Sawyerville, AL, Raven Tinker, Northport, AL, Sharee (LaDondray) LA, CA Thomas & Latasha (Kendrick) Watford, Greensboro, AL; three brothers, Rayderell (Falissa) Tinker & Charles Sanders both of Sawyerville, AL, Chance Johnson, Columbus, GA; grandparents, Pat Waller, Sr., & Louvenia Tinker, Sawyerville, AL; father-in-law, Michael (Jacqueline) Long, Greensboro, AL; four aunts, Rosie L. Lightning, Bonaire, GA, Gwendolyn Tinker, Moundville, AL, Maggie (Donald) Steele, Tuscaloosa, AL & Cynthia Waller, Norwalk, CT; eight uncles, William (Debra) Waller, Templeton, MA, Hurtis (Josephine) Tinker, Tuscaloosa, AL, Eddie (Beverly) Waller, Moundville, AL, Ronald (Valeria) Waller of Midland, GA, Lamont (Kristen) Rhodes, Tuscaloosa, AL, Curtis (Susie) Tinker, Marietta GA, Dennis (Carol) Conner & Deon Washington, both of Tuscaloosa, AL. Four brother in-laws, Antone Miles, Greensboro, AL, Michael Long, Jr., Decatur, GA, Jermaine Long, Atlanta, GA & Jaquan Long, Auburn, AL. A loving and devoted friend, Kimberly Harris Dates and family friend, Michael K. Bates. A host of nieces, nephews’ cousins’ other relatives and friends. A loving grandmother, Willie P. Waller, a precious mother in-law, Gwendolyn Miles and uncle, Pat Waller, Jr., preceded her in death.
